The first 3 months of our program focus on honing skills through a structured curriculum that blends in-class small group learning sessions with on-the-floor, hands-on experience. During this period, apprentices work alongside our top industry stylists, gaining invaluable practical knowledge and expertise.
Upon completion of the initial 3 months, apprentices transition seamlessly into taking on guests. This real-world application of their newfound skills ensures they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service and results.
Our commitment to education extends beyond the initial training. All team members participate in weekly 2-hour in-salon training sessions, embracing the latest trends and techniques. This ongoing education ensures our stylists stay at the forefront of the industry, continuously enhancing their skills and knowledge.
